Different Tracks
For proper track use, the 18mm inner width of the Track rims is designed to match up with 23mm tyres, giving great aerodynamics and low rolling resistance when run at the high pressures only possible on the purpose-built velodrome surfaces. When your track includes bumps and traffic lights, the 25mm setup works just as fine. It still delivers great aerodynamics and it is a little more biased towards grip and tyre support, for aggressive street cornering action.
