ANNOUNCEMENT – EXTENDED DATES

Due to the DT Swiss recall on selected ARC models, impact on stock availability, and the launch of the new ARC range in the coming months, we’ve decided to extend the dates of the ARC Demo Program prize draw. This will allow stores to access and demo the new ARC range to customers enabling them to enter the draw. For customers who have already completed their demos and submitted their entries, entries are still valid in the extended demo program and will be paired up with the nearest matching wheel depth in the new ARC range. 

We will announce the new draw date in the coming months. 

From April 2025, you’ll be able to demo DT Swiss’ carbon aero ARC wheel range through selected Australian DT Swiss stockists! We’re excited give cyclists the chance to ride like the pros on some of the most aerodynamically optimised wheels in the market.

All participants who book and register in-store for this Demo Program go into the running to win the wheels they demo! Follow the steps below to learn how to participate and win!

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

  • Find your nearest participating stockist
  • Book in-store using the official registration form. Each eligible demo is automatically entered into the giveaway!
  • Collect your wheels on the designated pick-up day. (Note that some stockists may require a refundable deposit before you collect your demo wheels. This is at the discretion of the Stockist.)
  • Ride!
  • For bonus entries into our RIDE WHAT YOU DEMO giveaway, tag @dtswiss_distributor_aus and your ARC Demo Stockist in instagram content featuring your demo wheels! Creative, original, and high quality content are the criteria we’re looking for.1
  • Return your wheels to your ARC Demo Stockist on the designated drop-off day.

Please note available wheels will vary between stockists. Please contact your stockist in advance to discuss specific models. Your stockist will be able to recommend the optimal wheelset and setup for your needs.

The winner will be announced on Nov 10th, 2025*. Winner will receive a new set of the wheels nominated in their official registration form at the time of booking.

*November update – The ARC Demo Program has now been extended. New prize draw dates will be announced in the coming months.
